Gorgeous Health and Beauty

Case Study

Gorgeous Health and Beauty were looking for a new ecommerce website that also maintained a visually appealing design. The website is used to provide potential and existing clients with information regarding the treatments and products that they offer. Another feature of the website is a newsletter facility where registered users could opt in to recieve updates and monthly special offers. In the first month the sites managed to optain just over 100 registered users which has greatly increased the marketing oppertunities open to Gorgeous Health and Beauty.

As the website was such a big success for Gorgeous Health and Beauty they have now commissioned us to develop a version 2 of the site which will include more advanced functionality and a booking system.

Inside Fac

Case Study

Insider Publishing Limited required a dynamic News website. They sent us the brief, and with careful planning we allocated additional staff to achieve the time the site was required by. The site was to host articles from their print “Inside FAC”. Articles and news alerts would be uploaded to the site on a regular basis and so an interface was required so that Insider Publishing Ltd. could update the site regularly.

They also required the ability to place selected articles on the homepage and to hold a database of subscribers. We had to create email templates and a platform from which these could be sent, with a backend database containing a list of all the subscribers.

Physique Health and Fitness Centre

Case Study

Physique is a well established Health & Fitness Centre based in Bridgend, South Wales. They required a website that was simple and easy to navigate and to attract new customers. The purpose of the site was to provide general information, such as contact details, memberships and facilities.

We sent our photographer to take some key photos and combined these with a few Stock images to provide an appealing and attractive Flash Banner with some photos distributed throughout the site. Keyword analysis was also carried out to ensure the correct words were used in tags for search engine optimisation. We also updated the Physique Logo.

Uniquely Crafted

Case Study

Uniquely Crafted came to us with requirements for an ecommerce system with a twist. The concept is that they sell unique items that are handmade by featured artists. They needed a system with two admin portals. The one portal would be for themselves to oversee the running of the website and to have superuser access over the product catalogue. The second admin portal would be for their artists to upload products into the system and to change the contact details and have access to any required systems.

We have provided them with a website that has a clear navigation and checkout process for their users. The administration side of the website is feature rich include vouchers, gift wrapping options, and customised product attributes.

Global Import

Case Study

Global Import was recently taken over by a new owner. They wanted to take the business to a new level, and so identified the requirement of an Ecommerce package enabling International potential. It was also important to the owner that the business was completely rebrandedt to indicate some big changes.

We created a number of different Logo concepts that were based around the main product sold - bi-products of the fishing industry, Shark Jaws. We then designed a number of designs worked around the logo chosen by the client.

The system is completely integrated with invoicing and shipping tools so that the process is automated and seamless and the owner can spend more time on the important aspects of running the business.

Selcom Building Services

Case Study

Selcom Building Services have been established in London for over 25 years. They are specialists in certain areas, and wanted a site that they could manage themselves and add gallery images of their own work to promote these areas. We therefore created a CMS system (Custom Management System) enabling them to manage the text and images in the site whenever they wanted to without having to involve us.

The owner of the company also wanted the site to have a drastic facelift and to have a few subtle flash effects.

We took all of these requirements and created the following site.
